BOOMERANG

Boomerang is a rock music group from Surabaya, Indonesia's top. Officially established on May 8, 1994 with the name of Lost Angels, but have started doing business since 1991.

They consistently perform in a rock path, though they do not limit the influence of a wide range of flow / style of music. It all becomes a kind of trade mark or characteristic of different music from the group ini.Daftar

Achievement

History

In the early '90s, Hubert Henry aka Limahelu 'HH5H' (bass), John Paul Ivan a.k.a. 'JPI' (guitar), Roy Jeconiah Wurangian Isoka (vowels) and a drummer founded a band with the name 'Lost Angels', a word game from the name of the city of Los Angeles and at the same time means `Angels` Lost.

In 1994 they were recruited by a record company Logiss Record. And in March - April 1994 under producer in the studio Nirvana Zhelebour Log Record, Surabaya, they work almost 18 hours every day to record their debut album. While finished with the process of recording their debut album cover and wait for the manufacture of tapes, they decided to spend their drummer because his behavior could not be more in line with the ideals of the original purpose of their group and are too concerned with personal material.

On May 8, 1994 they agreed to change the name of Lost Angels became Boomerang is also the title of their debut album which was released in the market on July 1, 1994 with the hit single `Love`. Therefore, in the manufacture of `Love` clip on the first album, they only appeared three. To fill the vacancy position of drummer when they have to do tours and concerts, they recruited Martin Farid known them from Mas Tony, Sound Engineer on the first and second album Boomerang. On January 1, 1995 Farid Martin officially became a permanent member of the Boomerang.

But in mid-2005, based on the "difference principle", JPI opt out of Booomerang and decided to work alone. JPI JPI trio supergroup formed the band along with bassist Bondan Peas from Funky Corporal and Cliff as a drummer.

In lieu of JPI, Boomerang had recruited two young guitarists Indonesia, Oi of Power Metal and guitarist Tommy from Riau.
